Condition: Items must be returned in their original, brand-new, and factory-sealed condition.
Packaging Protection: Please ship your return inside a separate outer shipping box. Do not stick shipping labels or tape directly onto the product's original retail packaging, as this invalidates the return.
Exclusions: Due to hygiene, safety, and manufacturer policies, this guarantee excludes tattoo needles, grips, tips, tubes, inks, and any other items where servicing or returns are handled directly by the manufacturer.
Restocking Fees: Items returned with damaged retail packaging or not in their exact original state may be subject to a 10% repackaging fee, or the return may be rejected entirely. If a return is rejected, the customer is responsible for collecting the item or covering the shipping costs to have it sent back to them.
